With LAWLIFT B{u}ILT creates collaboration contracts. With a structured and intuitive user interface, they now have the ability to draft contracts within minutes. Everyone from the Partnership or Quality Management to the Finance department, as well as the Board of Directors now experience the benefits.

In order to build collaborations, we rely on specific contracts. Before the introduction of LAWLIFT, the process of creating each contract took a long time and was prone to errors. We had various contract templates internally, into which we had to insert pre-formulated clauses separately. This not only took time, but was also difficult to delegate. In fact, you could only work with the contract templates you created yourself, which made agility in the contract creation process difficult.
In the meantime, we use LAWLIFT to create our collaboration contracts. With a structured and intuitive user interface, we now have the ability to have the finished contracts generated automatically within minutes. The implementation and merging of the previous contracts into one user interface was done by a member of the association. Everyone now benefits from this: the Partnership, Quality Management, and Finance departments, as well as the Board of Directors.
The process of creating contracts is now rapidly fast. We save time and don't have to check every adjustment several times, because with the user interface we created, we can practically no longer make mistakes. At the same time, this means that we have more fun dealing with the subject. Whereas we used to be a little nervous every time we created a contract, now we click through the templates with confidence. This also makes it much easier for us to respond to modification requests from our cooperation partners.
In addition to aspects such as saving time and reducing errors, we have noticed that we are now much more relaxed about the contract creation process. As a dynamic association in the field of legal tech, we depend on working quickly and professionally at the same time. By implementing LAWLIFT, we can meet this requirement much more confidently.

The non-profit Bayreuther Initiative für Legal Tech e.V. is a student-run association that focuses on the digitalization and transformation of the legal field. The initiative offers a large network of prospective as well as existing lawyers, organizes events and workshops, teaches how to use legal tech tools and designs its own applications with the goal of using the potential of digitalization for legal activities. They are convinced that change and transformation in the legal sector are inevitable.
